Start the Nutrient Revolution - Hello Green Juice

Today we are focused spreading the concept of Juicing.

The 9 to 5 grind is hard enough let alone having to start to learn how to cook with fresh ingredients.  Therefore, we are starting slowly, and getting you hooked on fresh ingredients you do not have to cook.  Juicing is a great way to reset your body and get healthy!  I have been practicing this method and you really do feel the health benefits.

Plus, once you start juicing, it becomes super easy to fit it into your life.   Anyone can store a Ball jar in work fridge and refuel your body with actual nutrients during a break.

I was concerned the other day when I started a discussion about fast food in one of my classes.  The students were fixated on the fact that fast food is more convenient, cheaper, and yes unhealthy.  Sadly it has become very apparent to me that this is a reflection of years of marketing being directed at our kids.  In order to break the fast food cycle we need to break the stigma.  Help us spread the word by making real food for your family and yourself!

I am always looking for ways to eat great meals that are home made at the end of  a long day.  I found this gem by Burning Cereal and wanted to share!
